My name is Leesa Fallon.  I am the primary broker and co-owner of Fallon & Associates with my husband/partner and co-broker Tim.  We have purposely designed our business as a small, technically advanced, extremely efficient enterprise providing our clients with industry leading service.   We pride ourselves in, "the majority of our opportunities are based on repeat business and referrals".  We believe this is the highest compliment to be given.

Fallon & Associated Inc. is located in the very high growth area called New Tampa.  We have lived and worked in this area for 15 yrs.  We established our company in 2004.

Leesa and Tim are active members of the Greater Tampa, Florida, and National Associations of Realtors.  Additionally, Leesa is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, and holds the e-PRO - Internet Professional,  CPMS - Certified Property Management Specialist,  ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative,  and SRS - Seller Representative Specialist designations.

Our experience is in Pre-Construction Town Homes and Condominiums, Single Family Residences, and we specialize in Golf Course Communities, including 55+. 

Leesa is a native Floridian and Tim is from the Boston area.  Both graduated from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida with BS degrees in Business Management.  Leesa has extensive experience in customer service and government contracting.  Tim's background includes many years in engineering and communication equipment sales and service.
